Hotel Reservations
July 19 - 22, 2012
Tell the hotel you're with the Southern Cruisers when you book the room, otherwise you won't get the discounted rates!
Reservations made early, in person, online, or through the 800 national numbers will NOT be honored so please don’t put yourself in that situation.
We are giving ample notice so everyone has a chance to get a room for the rally. Only ONE room reservation per call for the Host hotels. This year they will take your name, your room preference, and a callback number. After they take calls to fill available rooms, they will call you back for your credit card info and provide your permanent confirmation # so make sure your callback number is a good number to reach you. We expect the rooms to go quickly again this year
Note : The two overflow hotels are also adjacent to the Host hotel, no fences, no busy roads to cross so no one should feel left out if they don't get a room in the Host hotels this year
